First court appearance for suspect in theft of human remains from Wasco train victim
Rosendo Tellez, 27, made his first court appearance in Wasco after being accused of taking a severed body part from a crash scene and swinging it as he walked along a street. Tellez is facing four misdemeanor charges, including removing human remains from a location other than a cemetery, disposing of human remains outside of a cemetery, destroying or concealing evidence, and resisting a peace officer.
