Preliminary hearing for Arvin girl’s murder case rescheduled for May
The preliminary hearing for Jesus Everardo Rodriguez, who is charged with murder in the shooting death of a 10-year-old Arvin girl, has been postponed to mid-May. Rodriguez, who was 20 years old at the time of the shooting, is facing charges of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder, among other offenses. The hearing scheduled for May 14 will determine if there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed.
